sounds like eczema take him to a dermatologist and they will give him something to releave the itching.

Here is some info for you...The site I listed below gives you info for signs and treatement. See your doctor before starting any treatments...

Eczema is a general name for skin conditions that vary from red swollen tissues to even broken or bleeding dry sores. The cause will vary person to person depending on what type of eczema condition that they may have. Eczema is not contagious and with proper prevention and eczema treatment methods inflammation can be reduced, but the skin will always remain sensitive to flare-ups and require extra care.
Because eczema has such a broad category of symptoms it also has an immense variety of treatments. Eczema Treatment will vary person by person and case to case, even an eczema treatment that worked for someone while they where a child or infant may not help relief any symptoms once they become an adult. Many cases may arise early in life then clear later or never become an issue till someone reaches a certain age.
Its safe say that most eczema patients have very sensitive skin and that everyone should avoid daily contact with products that expose them to chemicals, since the primary sources of Chemical on Body Contact* (CBC) are soaps, skin creams and clothes (laundry Residue) We recommend changing to products that eliminate all forms of CBC.
Once all of the environmental irritations are removed from the equation, Eczema Treatment and primary Cause of eczema become more obvious. In Many Cases the CBC’s themselves are responsible for most types of eczema.

White Bumps On Elbows

It might be eczema. My son had the same thing. They ended up being red and patchy, but started off has little white bumps. It could also be cloged pores from where he was in the womb. But my first guess is eczema, since it itches. Or, it could be some sort of allergic reaction to poison ivy or oak. I would recommend calling a nurse or doctor and seeing if there's any type of application that can rid the itching.

my question to u is do they look like little white pimples?
Could be chicken pox if the answer is yes.
Could be eczema or some other type of rash.
If it is chicken pox it will spread and u need to see a doc.
If the rash continues or drives ur son nuts with the itching please take him to see a doc soon.
Please don't let anyone tell u ur child can't get chicken pox
becuz of the vaccine thats not true my daughter did.
However I am not saying what it is with out seeing a rash its hard to tell.
Good luck and to help relive itch a luke warm bakesoda bath helps no matter what causes the itch.

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/mRHHN
