I have a three year old at home with me during the day, and I feel like I'm always shooing him away to get my work done, but it's counter-productive because it makes him even clingier. The hubby and school age kids look at me like I've been eating bon bons all day since the house isn't any cleaner than when they left in the morning. Daycare isn't an option until I'm actually making money with this new endeavor, and kind of defeats the purpose of working at home anyway. I know there is a way to get it all balanced, I just need some guidance and practical advice from someone who's got it going on. Thanks!

me and my partner have been trying for a baby so i done a pregnancy test 4 weeks after we had unprotected sex and im 100% sure that i saw a very very faint line, i repeated the test one week later and yet again i saw a very fain line- but then looking back at it im thinking it could be an evaporation line BUT the very very clear sort of colourless line did appear within 10 minuits, SO then i done another pregnancy test a week later using a cheaper brand and it came up negative BUT my last period was 7 weeks ago. So im just need some help on what to think, is there a chance that maybe i still could be pregnant?

My little guy is waking up about 4 times a night for no apparent reason. He is not hungry! He isn't cutting teeth at this moment. He doesn't need to be changed! I am going to go insane if he is doing this and I have to get up for work in a couple of months. Please help me, I need to sleep!!!!

Can someone please explain to me the point of these stickers? Do you get special treatment on the road (I doubt it) or does this sticker simply state your're litterly dating yourself when it comes to the parenting lifestyle. I've been reading about all the pain and things... I think I can cope with positive pain. What worries me is the damage that it sounds like it causes; loss of blood, cuts and tears sometimes severe enough to reach the rectum, fistulas? Absolutely terrifying. Never mind having your stomach and lady bits all stretched.

How often does this sort of injury occur? Is there anything life-style wise that one can do to prevent it?

And please don't say 'you won't mind when you have the baby' I will!

A mother in Barrie, Ontario just killed her two daughters 1 and 3 years old.

I can understand post partum depression and baby blues.....as I have my own daughter and there are the GOOD days and there are BAD days but to go to that extreme? I can't even imagine.

I am looking for a Halloween costume for my preemie daughter but I can't find anywhere. Help? We aren't taking her out, but I do want todress her up and take pictures of her first Halloween. She weighs 4lbs 9ounces if that helps. She is two months old, but wasn't due until the end of October. Thanks so much! An online store would be great!

ok so I was a couple days late on my period I was cramping really bad but nothing was coming then at like midnight (I usually get my period in the morning) I had some brown spotting its been two days and its not very heavy but I still have some bleeding. I've been having cramping still and I never have cramps! I've been having some other symptoms too like feeling nauseous sometimes, frequency in urination, moodswings, headaches, I have no idea whats going on with me. I've taken three tests, all negative, I took one Monday at midnight, Wed at midnight, and today, it wasn't a clear negative it was blurry, I think I'm not holding the test right or doing it wrong....Help!?!

I love my step daughters very much and they love me ;however, their mother is very jealous of me ( I am 11 years younger than her and she was married to my husband for 12 years). The children often say mean things to me that they have heard from their mother. I have been married to their father for 3 1/2 years.My husband attempted to get custody immediately after their divorce and was awarded joint custody;however, their mother has recently been arrested for conspiracy to manufacture amphetamines, so we are trying to get custody again. This has agitated the children because their mother has convinced them that their father had her arrested and is trying to "take them from her". It is a sad situation.
