I have always loved the name Morgan or either a boy or a girl. It is some what uncommon yet everyone knows how to pronounce it and you won't get a whole lot of "what kind of name is that?" questions.
It is a Welsh name that means "gleaming seas" when used for a boy
When used for a girl it mean "by the sea".
i would name the baby I am pregnant with now Morgan by my hubby hates the name so we are back to square one.

I have found some awesome boy names if you go to Celtic Baby names. It will give you the meaning of them as well. Very spiritual and easy to find. One of my favorites and the one that my Husband and I have chosen is Kail {which means strong warrior} with his middle name being Owen {which means wolf}. I hope that this information will help you. Good luck!

I was litstening to some radio station one day and this guy was talking about his son named "Coltrane." The DJ cut in and said, you named your son Coltrane? The guy said yes, after the jazz legend....I loved the name, and I loved the idea he was named after the great John Coltrane!
