They will get larger (not ridiculously) given the increase of the size of the mamary tracts and the eventual production of milk , but it is your actual breasts that will get bigger, not your implants...afeter you breasfeed your implants will fall down a bit, not too muchm, but some women go into surgery again to put them up to where they were.

yeah, the breast tissue grows making the breasts larger, the implants dont get larger though. But the skin will stretch worse, and she'll end up with a greater need for reconstructive surgery after the birth.
Generally they suggest you have your implants removed if you're planning on having children. Although it doesnt mean that things dont go back to normal. Some women's breasts grow quite large during pregnancy, and the resulting stretch marks and sagging can be horrific. Making the implants look worse.
BUt not everyone has them taken out of fixed. :)

Yes, if the implants are placed under the muscle then your breast pretty much goes through the usual thing a "regular" breast would go through with pregnancy.
Most women can still nurse.
To answer your question....they will more than likely get HUGE!

The breast of a woman with implants will not affected by the pregnancy. They breast will grow bigger during pregnancy due to the hormone.

Some women's breasts get larger when they are pregnant and some don't. The implants have nothing to do with it.

The implants themselves shouldn't get bigger but the real stuff should get bigger.
