Pregnancy & Parenting - 6 October 2006

I am currently 6 days late for my period. I took a test this morning, my eyes were blurry, couldn't see. Left the test alone, came back 5minutes later and seen that there was a -- line in the first circle and in that same circle was a very faint vertical line. Does this mean I'm pregnant?
I so hope i am.

lately ive been having breast pain, body acked, i think that im pregnant but i really dont know all of the symptoms so i dont want to asume anything. im 20 years old, im scared to take a pregnancy test so it wont come out to be true, but the thing is for the past two month ive been having my period and i dont have any sickness , but people said its nothing that happend all the time.

please anyone who's been pregnant before can you help me out. thank you.

My husband and I are trying to conceive ,we had intercourse on what we think is one of my fertile days. We had intercourse in the position known as doggy style thinking it would help more, when he came and ejaculated I did not have any sperm drip out as usual so I immediatel layed flat for about half an hour which then we had company over and as I got up to put my clothes on I felt a liquid come out of me it did not look like sperm it was clear like water and it was not urine. Do you think I have less chances of having achieved concepcion because this liquid whatever it was came out of me? Some advise please, thanks..

i have tried everything to get her to potty train like bribery punishment by taking her toys away her tv or even go out to play. She knows the concept of uding the potty because sometimes she tells me she has to go but only to pee, when she poops she goes and hides and right after she does she wants to be changed I don't what I am supposed to do to get her to use the potty on a daily basis?

I took a home test and it confirmed I'm pregnant and I called my PCP office to get a referral and they were supposed to call it in on Monday- 5 days later still nothing and when I called them back, the office said that they wouldn't even call in the referral until Tuesday, because "the lady that handles referrals" is on vacation. I'm so upset! I figure I'm now eight weeks and I just want to see a doctor! I went off on the doctor's office....Reasonable or pregnancy outburst-lol?

We live in a small town in Oregon, its not like we live in China. I am and always will be a stay-at-home mom, because I work from home in my free time. My husband has a job he loves and that allows him a good ammount of family time too. So its not like the state or a daycare is ending up doing the raising. We already have one daughter who is 19 months old and we adore her. She's so laid back and loving, that we know we are doing something right, and are constantly complimented on how well we are doing despite being only 21 and 22. Of course, its possible we may have a difficult child, but with a good, loving big sister and parents, there will be plenty of love and patience for that child. If we love and support our children and do our very best to turn them into productive members of society, is it so wrong to have four of them? Some people have told us it is, but I am curious what the general opinion is.

with the braxton hicks contractions or the true labor contractions, do they make your stomach tighten up and become really hard and cause you to need to use the restroom right then? i have been having that happen quite often lately and i would like to know if that's what contractions feel like.

My husband and I are trying for #2 and having some difficulties. We are looking into ovulation kits but, I want to know if anyone has had any luck with a certain kind. I am totally clueless on which ones to buy. Any other advice you might have on trying to concieve let me know. We are doing it every other day and I keep elevated for 15 mins after.

my little boy had to have ex rays of his chest and they usually ask is there any chance u could be pregnant and if so u couldnt be in there with him..well i didnt know i was until like 3 days later..i was just wondering why they ask a question like that could it hurt the baby?

I think that I would choose the baby, but I think that the situation depends. If the baby dies, it's sad. If your partner dies, that's sad. I just want your ideas.

I had my last period on the 4th of Sept, should have been ovulating on the 21st, had sex with a condom on the 23rd and without a condom on the 29th, however he did not ***. I am not on the pill, should have had my period on the 5th October but I've only had very light period on a panty liner - nothing when i wipe. I've also got a few spots on my face all of a sudden. I don't know if this helps but i've changed environment this past month (europe to australia) too. Are these pregnacy signs or will I be getting my period soon?
