since my 7 month old son was born my husbands mother wants to take control of my son all the way from mexico. she wants to keep my mother from taking care of my baby cause supposedly she is going to kidnap him. come on shes my mother.how crazy can someone get. my mother loves him. this is her first grandson. can someone tell me what to do.

When did you first know and find out (doctor) when you were pregnant?

I think i might be, and according to the pregnancy calculator, im 6 weeks and i have had most of the symptoms (naseau, frequent urination, have a craving-start eating it and then it makes me absolutely sick, emotional, gooey vaginal discharge past 2 wks (these are all normal? per week as expected. I want to get a test but since i still havent had a missed period yet im waiting this week to see if it happens then i ll take a test.

I could go to the doctor and get an internal exam to check the uterus size but by what week does that become noticable for a doctor?

Or were these tests accurate??????? I once took a test from the store and it said yes and later that day when I went and had a urine test done at the hospital it said no. I was pregnant that time by the way.

i took the test a little while ago and i came out neg. shud i retest later on this month?my periods are irregular n i had 2 periods last month ( i think from stopping birth control in midpack) but i so far im 3 days late for this months period and i have been having all the pregnacy symptoms: headaches, cramping n all that annoying stuff. does it matter if the test was from the dollar store and not like ept or clearblue or somethin?

My 9 year old niece lost her tooth last week, but in her house the toothfairy stops once you reach nine. So she said to her mum 'what should I do with it' Her little sister answered 'Give it to me, I'll put it under my pillow!!' She's 7.
On another occassion, they were playing a game whilst on a long journey and they had to all think of things that have a hole in. She answered 'willies'!! They decided to play a different game after that!

Im 5 months pregnant next week; yesterday I had a dr.s appointment and my dr. told me that my uterus is extremely high..she asked about my last menstraul cycle and Im positive of the dates---she said she is almost positive that Im carrying twins--she thinks she heard 2 heart beats. my ultrasound is on Monday -- has this happened to anyone and resulted in just 1 baby...??

I have had this all my life and never even knew until my OB told me. I had to receive 2 blood transfusions during my 7 month all is well now. I have a healthy baby girl. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem. What is he likely hood of this happening again if I choose to have another baby?

I am 36 weeks 2 days pregnant and I just found out from my doctor yesterday that I am positive for Group B Strep so at the onset of labor I must take a base dosage of antibiotics and then another doese every 6 hrs after that until I give birth.

My doc said that its a harmeless bacteria that many women have in their vaginas/rectum(tmi srry) and that most women don't show signs of it around the time they are pregnant/give birth...only 1 in every 10 have to have antibiotics during labor

Just wondering if ANYONE ever had to take/known someone who had to take the Group B Strep antibiotics during labor and what was the/their experiences


So how did you/that person feel during labor with taking the antibiotics?

Did the antibiotics work?did they not work?

Did the antibiotics add any risks?

PLEASE BE AS INFORMATIVE AS POSSIBLE!!...my doc did tell me about it but I'd like to know from women who have had expierence with this
