My six month old has pooped 6 times already today, that is more than he usually goes in a whole day. Should I be worried? I there anything I can, or should do?

Be sure to keep up the fluids so he doesn't become dehydrated.
Let it run its course, but if things haven't improved by tomorrow & he continues to go at that rate, then call the pediatrician - it could be just a virus in which case there's nothing they can do to treat it. The main thing is to prevent the dehydration. If he's still eating & seems to have an appetite, no fever or tenderness in his abdomen, then he should be okay. Just keep a close eye on him - which I know you will!!!

As long as the stool isn't very, VERY thin (watery), or has blood in it, there's probably nothing to worry about. Just make sure that he's drinking plenty of fluids to avoid the possibility of dehydration.

As long as he is still eating normal the doctor will tell you to wait it out. Might be getting some more teeth in.

yes call the doctor to find out just to be sure.......
and ask if you can give him some PEDIALYTE so he doesn't get dehydrated. It replaces his body with lost enzymes from the diaarhea......
and check for other symptoms as well.

no worries if it is not watery. Just give her less fruit...if you are giving her any...and you can give her some rice cereal. That'll harden things up!!
