there is a possibilty b-cuz if your ttc after sex you should try putting a pillow under your buttocks and lay there for 15-20 minutes and you'll see .... good luck

Your age has a lot to do with it I would imagine. It doesnt really make a difference if you go straight to the bathroom and wash up. A lot of people will tell you it does, but thats just ignorance. The sperm that travels into the uterus is already where it needs to be, and gravity wont effect it enough to cause a problem. What does come back out on the toilet is ejactulation liquid, and the remaining sperm that didnt make it to the uterus.

The best thing you can do is relax, enjoy having sex, and stay healthy.

if 6 months goes by without anything, check with a doctor to make sure you're ovulating, and he's got a healthy sperm count.

It'll happen, you'll get pregnant, it just takes time and patience. But most of all love. So just enjoy sex, and dont worry about how or when you'll get pregnant.

Have you both been tested to see if there's a problem with his sperm count or if you have a problem? It all depends how long you've been trying.I tried for two years after I'd come off the pill (I was 24) and went to my GP.He said, come back in six months and tell me you cant get pregnant. I went back in three months telling him I was pregnant so my answer here is that if you try too hard it just doesn't happen!Yes, putting your feet up for half an hour I think does work.I just turned over and went to sleep and had a shower the next morning.That way you have a damned good chance! It is best to stay on your back for as long as you can. At least 30 mins.
Keep your midsection higher than your rump. This will help get the sperm where it needs to be. Getting up right after sex will not help. Gravity will be working against you.

Make sure you have having intercourse the days leading up ovulation, the day of and the day after to unsure that you catch the egg while still in the Fallopian tube.

You can calculate your ovulation either with inexpensive Ovulation detection kits you can buy at the drug store or by using the link below to calculate your ovulation if you have a near to regular menstrual cycle.

I doubt it - I mean, think of how many people who aren't TTC and get pregnant - do you think they tilted for 20 mins after? No of course not. I'd be more worried about your age being a factor. Good luck to you!

I would lay there awhile, you can tilt your pelvis thats what fertility doctors say to do, Also make sure your having intercourse for three days in a row 14 days after your period i think this will help. Good luck

It's highly possible. when i was trying to get pregnant i would lay on my back for half an hour with my legs up the headboard! let gravity give you a hand!

if you go to the bathroom immediately you're getting rid of most of what you need to get you pregnant so lay back and think of England during and afterwards!

i would lye there elevated for 20-30 min and then get up and go to the bathroom. give them time to swim.
