Pregnancy & Parenting - 9 September 2006

I think I may be pregnant, though my period is not due for about 7 days. I took a couple of tests that showed a faint positive line, then another from a different brand (one that is supposed to be the most sensitive) and they are negative. Am I preg or not?? Don't know if this makes a difference but the pos. tests were the blue dye one and the neg tests were pink. HELP, I don't know what to think!

i hav 2 questions:
1. how do u feel about teens and dating?... i know u r all tired uv us kids, teens, wutevr u call us being here but im looking 4 parents and their opinions....my parents won't let me date...not even when i get to highschool ( im12)

2. also.. how old do u think is good enough to let a child hme alone......im mature( most adults tell me that), but my parents wont let me......whats the age requirement 4 a child to stay home alone in the state uv NJ?

A friend of mine is pregnant with her third child. This will be the third child she's had with some random guy. Her other 2 children don't share a father. So, 3 babies by 3 different men and sitting on her butt using welfare to support these babies. I'm very opinionated abotu all of these things. She's 21, I'm 20. I have 2 babies, same father and we aren't on welfare. With that said, should I tell her my true feelings or keep my mouth shut? She doesn't even take care of the 2 she has now.

Did you have a baby within 1 month of having a miscarriage or medically induced labor? Was the baby ok?
My husband and I lost our baby 3 weeks ago. She had a severe birth defect and did not have a brain. We want more then anything to be pregnant again. I was 18 weeks pregnant at the time that labor was induced and really want another baby ASAP. Has anyone had a similiar situation? How did things turn out

Am i pregnant...i have been having tingling in my breast and itchiness, dizziness, wanting to eat more then usual, cramping in lower abdomen, feels also like moving in lower abdomen, temperature, more discharge, and i dont start my period until next weekend.

My doctor did an ultrasound and said the baby is about a week behind..
He also said the heart beat was slow
The baby was at the bottom of the gestational sac..

I was on BC for 3 or 4 months then my hubby came home from Iraq, well last month when I got to the white pills which are supposed 2 give me my period, I only got my period 4 a day and then nothing. I took a test like a week later but it was negative. I have been so tired, my boobs are sore but only when my son who is 10mths old touches me. I've felt nauseous but haven't thrown up. But my friend said she had diaherra instead of puking wit her PG. And i've had diaherra. I've been craving ice cream 2. When I was preggo wit my 10mth old... I had no idea.. becuz my period was irregular so I would skip months that's why I got on BC 2 regulate my periods. we didn't find out I was preggo then until I was 4 mths preggo... So i'm wondering wit the symptoms I'm having and the way I feel could I be preggo and the home preggo test jus be wrong or 2 soon 2 tell?!?!??!

Most highschool kids will do some underage partying/drinking. Would you rather them do it at home under your supervision, knowing that you may be responsible for mishaps of their friends, or would you rather turn a blind eye and let them do it away from home?

It's really easy to say that your child will not be partaking in these types of activities. It is also easy to say that you will teach them what is right and wrong as the age comes. Realistically, they will still AT LEAST try whatever it is that they do when the time comes. I think it's the most scary when you have a child that you taught well that is out 'trying' whatever it is that they are trying. Anyways, just wondering if there are any out there that are open to having your home open to your child and their friends instead of them heading out to a park, alley, or someone's house where the parents are gone. I'm also open to any other reasonable alternatives.

Umm Last Month Me And My Boyfriend Had Arguement And It Piss Me Off And i Got Drunk And My Friend Kinda Screw me. He Did It Alittle He Didnt Inject His Sperm Into Me. i think my mom tricked me. Well, this morning i was washing dishes and when i finished I checked to see if there weren't any dishes left. there weren't.So i when i went upstairs my mom yelled at me to go downstairs this instant. So i did. When i came downstairs, she started yelling at me because i had left 2 dishes in the sink. THOSE DISHES WEREN'T THERE AT ALL WHEN I FINISHED.
