Hard to know,,,,better get a home pregnancy test to be sure, one month of pills shouldn't hurt the baby, it happens sometimes that a woman gets pregnant while on the pill....but I wouldn't want to start another month

If you had sex without using another form of protection within the first 30 days of starting the pill she could be pregnant. If not it is very unlikely. After starting a birth control it can take a little while for her period to get back to normal. If she is pregnant her taking the pill for the first month shouldnt really affect the baby. She should take a pregnancy test now to make sure. If it is positive she should stop taking the pill right away.

Here's what I know about taking "the pill". As most of these comments are correct, the first couple months of taking the pill are the most sensitive. The chance of pregnancy while on the pill is greater in the first couple months. The easy way to prevent this is another form of contraception. However, I will also say that it is not so uncommon for periods not to happen the first couple of months. After all, it is a hormone pill thus it could throw a person's hormones off and take awhile for the body to adjust. To be safe I would have your wife take an early detection pregnancy test I think sometimes referred to as sensitive pregnancy tests and consult her physician.
Short and simple: Have her consult her physician.

If she took the whole entire pack of pills, not skipping any of the days, she should get her period the last week of the pill pack. If she doesn't, have her take a pregnancy test that you buy at the store, if it's negative, she should start her next pill pack as scheduled to keep her body on schedule. I hope you used condoms the first month of the pills because the first month of the pills aren't enough protection. After the first month is taken then you don't need further protection.

Did you wait at least 7 full days before you had intercourse after she started taking her pills? If you feel better, have her take a home pregnancy test.

If you did not usea back-up form of birth control during the first pack (Which is recommended) she could possibly be pregnant. She needs to take a test.
