Every emotions produces certain chemicals in your body and they do affect your baby. A baby can sense mother's emotions. Much as your harmones are raging right now, I would recommend things like meditating or pursuing a hobby.. something that makes you feel happy. Being sad or angry all the time will not harm the baby physically but can affect the baby's persona on the whole..

No, it isn't bad, and it can't harm the baby unless the pregnant woman decides to actually *try* to hurt the baby while experiencing one of the emotions.
Huge mood swings are a part of pregnancy. As far as I know, no babies have been born with birth defects as result of the mother just being sad or angry. :)

Pregnancy is an emotional roller coaster. Ride with the tide. Just don't go overboard with yelling or screaming as your child will hear you at some point. But the baby won't see your tears. Just try to do things that make you happy though. Good luck.

,They say it stresses the baby out....I hope not because I have been crying like Niagara Falls. I am going through a lot...And when I say a lot I mean A LOT!...But I have started trying to take it easy , because they say the baby feels your emotions. So what ever chemicals are being released in your body the baby feels them that means anxiety adrenaline, depression and of course happiness.

I've read that the baby feels what you feel. Better to fill your days with something that makes you smile rather than things that make you cry. It's better for your own health too.

your body is experiencing a wave of chemical inbalances, that are normal during pregnancy. some have this in the beginning, along with morning sickness. others never experience any changes at all. just keep reminding yourself that it's hormonal, and the feelings will pass. and no it won't hurt the baby. hugs

It's very normal, and it will get worse as your pregnancy goes on, ask your dr. for some meds to help you over come this, and no it won't hurt the baby at all!

Very normal!!! Your hormones are raging, just relax. And no it won't hurt the baby. But try and make time for you to just relax. Doesn't matter what it is or when you do it but make the time to do it.
