To answer the question on if you are pregnant or not, it depends on other symptoms. If you should be 8 weeks then that means you have missed your monthly and should go to the doctor. Just cramping is not a symptom of being pregnant unless there is a problem. Go to your doctor and find out for sure. Good luck
