I think I may be pregnant, though my period is not due for about 7 days. I took a couple of tests that showed a faint positive line, then another from a different brand (one that is supposed to be the most sensitive) and they are negative. Am I preg or not?? Don't know if this makes a difference but the pos. tests were the blue dye one and the neg tests were pink. HELP, I don't know what to think!

I took a cheap walmart test 6 days before my period and got a faint line. The next day i did a Clearblue Easy and it was negative. And yes I am pregnant!!! If the line is there even though faint it almost always means you are pregnant. Congrats!!

most pregnancy test do not show accuracy until you have actually missed your period. I took a pregnancy test at the end of june after I had my period because I thought I was pregnant. Then in august I missed my period I took a test and it was positive I went to the dr and I was 8weeks already. when you miss a period you are already two weeks I must have concieved in june, but the hormone did not show in my body till about 2weeks. so my advice is wait untill you actually miss your period. the test I took was only 1dollar at the 99cent store and it worked just as well as any other

if you are having any positive signs go to the doctor or clinic and get a blood test and by the way it may take a few more weeks to show if you are showing any positive signs at all than you are more likely to be than not. But still go to the Doctor and keep testing.

See your doctor!!! They can do a simple blood test that is 100% accurate and then you will know for sure. It does take about 48 hours to get the results.

Well first of all when I was pregnant and the line was shown but it showed up lightly, I was pregnant it was just so soon in the pregnancy that it couldnt be sure. Since you only took two, I'd take three.

you can get false negative results with a home test. but false positive results are very rare. i would go to the doctors for a blood test.
but you are probably pregnant.

the test are only accurate if you have missed your period and thier has two be 2 dark lines, 2 faint lines or one dark line and one faint line..1 line means negative

it's too early to take a home test.
maybe blood test can say.
you have to wait a little.
even 'first response' may tell results only 5 days before your expected periods.

home tests are not 100% accurate. Wait a little big longer and take them again or go to the doctor.

mine were like that and i waited another week or so and went to the clinic in my town...im not sure if this helps but i tried
