You're 16! of course you're worried. You're not finished highschool, you're under a great deal of stress. But you're pregnant and you need to start thinking about the life you're carrying inside you. Being sick is part of pregnancy and will not harm the baby as long as you are not so sick that you are losing weight. If you're that worried...see your doctor. As for jogging miles...i'm not a doctor so you should ask him/her.

Well, I'm sure you would be able to get medicare which will pay for your medical bills doc appt and all.
Then you would be able to get WIC which will give you some food so you shouldnt worry to much about health care.
Stress and worrying is very harmful to the baby! If you are under 20 weeks this can be very hard on the baby, and even cause complications.
Jogging is okay since this isnt a new activity you have taken on just tell your docter and they will recommend when you should stop jogging and start walking for excerise.
And about not eatting think of it this way! If you skip a meal your baby skips a meal. Be sure to drink lots of water when you are jogging and on hott days to prevent hyderation.
And a little bit of worrying is normal. But to the point of sickness is very dangerous.
Good Luck

First of all sweetie try not to worry so much yes the baby will pick up on the stress and this is not good for the baby. Also you must eat this is not good either for the baby. I would not jogging maybe cut it down to a walk but I am sure if your fit it may be ok but ask your Dr about that. in the mean time just go for a walk and not jog. all the best of luck. And do try not to worry.

Worrying too much has been shown to lead to more colicky babies. Eating less can harm both you and the baby. What you do take in will go to the baby and YOU may actually get malnourished, this is dangerous because if it goes on throughout your pregnancy your labor could be worse. So try to take some deap breaths, get a relaxtion tape or something. As for the jogging, if it's something you've always done, your body is used to it, and shouldn't be a problem, although you may want to shorten the lenght of the jog. If it's something completely new, yes it can be harmful because your putting your body under more stress, being prego is a lot of work for your body and adding to it is just not a good idea. Please talk to your doctor.

If you've always jogged several miles, it won't hurt the baby for you to continue that for some time. You need to see a Dr. routinely to make sure that everything is ok and that you and the baby are well. If you keep stressing yes it could harm the baby by causing premature labor. You need to find a way to relax, realize that the baby is coming, and now you have things to do to prepare for the arrival. Don't be scared, there's plenty of help out there if you want it.

I'm 16, about to be 17, and I'm 7 months pregnant. If you worry yourself, it affects the baby. She/he feels what you feel..so don't worry so much. Jogging for a little longer won't hurt, but once you get around 4 months pregnant, I'd suggest stopping. I was very active before I got pregnant also. Now it kills me to get up with these swollen feet! Haha. Don't worry, darlin', it's all going to be worth it.

Anything you did before pregnancy you can do while pregnant, as far as activities go. But you're still a child and that means that your own body is developing and growing still, so you're going to want to back it down a little so as not to deplete your own body of its needs.
And yes, not eating will harm your baby, and you. Make sure you take a prenatal vitamin.
You need to stop worrying about things. Its natural to be scared in this situation, but this isnt the time for regret or fears. Its time for deciding what you need to do for this baby.
You'll be just fine. Teenaged moms survive, and so do their children. So long as you have your family to support you emotionally and lend a helping hand when needed you'll be just fine.

Stress can hurt your baby. You should really try not to worry, everything will work out for the best. I was a runner when I got pregnant and the doctor told me I could do anything I was used to doing. I ran for about the first 4 months, I stopped when it started getting uncomfortable, and my baby was fine. Good luck and congrats.

if you want ur baby, plz stop jogging. U can kill ur child, take it from some one who's been there! Stop worrying, stress kills unborn babies, and if u not eating, them ur baby isn't growing. If u hav told all the important people, and they r happy, then, u don't hav nothing to be worried about. Congrats...everything will be alright. Just pray about all your situations.
