The most basic thing is to practice on your speed, passing, and kicking. That's what I learn at first when I joined the team. The most important thing is having the strength to run for a whole game. Speeds and energy matter. With all those cool tricks youi see the pros do, you'll have to practice a lot. Good luck! I know youi can do it!

Well the whole point of joining a team is to play right? No one is goning to make fun of you if you can't play that well, chances are they all feel the same way; afraid of being judged. Don't worry about crap like that. Go on the team that's why you practice to get better hun. You don't need to be the best player on the team. Just play to have fun.

You can ask some friends or family members to help you. Or you can get private lessons. Private lessons help a lot tho! ^_^ good luck!
