I want to see published the outcome of the sexual allegations trial - Case Number H02L83887068 - of Brigadier General John J. Ryneska - who at the time of his trial, was the Deputy Inspector General of the U.S. Army at the Pentagon. Our soldiers have the right of being informed of misconducts of their superiors and predecessors, without having the Privacy Act law coming into play, but it is evident that the more rank offending soldiers have, the more leverage they have on protecting themselves and their reputations. During his sexual allegations's and multiple misconducts's trial, Brigadier General J.J. Ryneska has been asked by his superiors to quietly resign from his military active duty and currently nobody knows what's the outcome of this trial. I believe the outcome of this expensive trial - which by the way it was at tax payers' money - should be published on the Net, for the sake of public information, which is a constitutional civil right for every citizens of the U.S.A.

I posted this before and now I'm keeping it up like an ongoing debate.
Doesn't anybody feel a little freaked that while we are busy with Iraq that other countries are going under the radar and even places like China are hurting us by pulling away goods and poisoned products? What about the nuclear testing that was "resolved" by Bush in Korea? We are completely blinded by the fog of war (so what wrong usage of the saying). I mean seriously this is starting to sound like we are all behind some giant Iron Curtain. Where is the news that focused more on safeguarding America than stating the obvious?

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this.

I'm 23 years old/ have my bachelors in International Business & Trade Minor in Econ. When i graduated HS i was really close to signing up for it but family was completely against it. Now I dont have a job or a home.Being that i graduated could I be a Captain? How does that go along? I read that you can't be captain and be in a mechanical position (sucks) any way that could come through? What is the minimum time one can be active?
I feel in a way i'm running from my problems, but feel i could accel in the Navy.

My husband is in the Army and he wants to reclass to get out of his current MOS. He can't reenlist until Aug. 2008 but does this apply to reclassing as well? He's trying to reclass from a 63H (track vehicle mech.) to 11B (infantry). Any ideas?

Right now, my husband is a 63H, looking to reclass to an 11B. Is this possible? I know he has a "reenlistment window", which doesn't open up until like August 2008 or something like that. But, does that apply to reclassing? I'm only asking on here because we are in Germany and the retention/reenlistment counselors haven't been any help what-so-ever. He REALLY wants out of his MOS so... Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

The US military, build up over 40 years of cold war, was suddenly obsolete in its mega size format, as the USSR collapsed. Desperate for justification of the huge forces and the neccesary budgets, the Pentagon has since jumped into ever more controversial mini wars. The first one was Panama, the biggest air invasion since WW2. What was Dick Cheney role in that war, which was a one man hunt for a former CIA agent, and cost by some estimates 5000 civilians lifes.

i am being chaptered out for inability to adapt. im not in AIT anymore and im wondering how i can make sure people stay on top of my paperwork. i realize that the army takes forever to process paperwork, but how can i politely ask about it and find out if its complete? right now the legal office has it and is finalizing it and then it goes up to my company commander then the garrison commander. everyone who has been involved in this agrees the army is no place for me, but my unit doesnt really like me and im afraid that they will take their sweet time and not ask the commander about it if i ask them to. is there another way that i can contact the commander rather than having my unit (who hates me, dont forget) do it?

My wife and I are trying to decide between Army reserves and full time active. She's concerned about jobs available to her. She is now working for the state in the disability benefits program working on claimant's cases. I'm hoping many people will reply with positive experiences as I'm leaning towards full time. Can wives work at the bases, too? We're looking around the big cities like New York, D.C., etc.
Thank you, again!
