I wonder how many people would have cared about the legalities of the war if the takeover had run smoothly and would Blair and Bush be hailed as great leaders.

Do you agree with the seal industry?

Do they really need to kill then as such as cruel way?

When I was a kid, "Your mamma wears army boots" was one of the biggest playground insults. But now, women seem to be accepted in many militaries (especially in the UK).

Would you take that phrase as an insult, or as a compliment? And why?

I'm a high school senior so i'm gonna be graduating in less than 2 months. I've been thinking about which college I want to go to for the entire year but lately i've been considering joing the military. It's been my plan all along to do ROTC in college and then become an officer but now i'm thinking that I should enlist right after high school. However, I don't think that my family would like my decision at all. I guess that has to do with them being scared of me serving when we're fighting a war. Also, I go to a high school where 100% of graduates attend college so it's kind of expected to just go to college. I definitely want to serve my country but i'm not sure that i'm ready to do yet. It would be good to save the money and have the military pay for me to attend school after I enlist but i'm just not sure. Any opinions on what I should do?

of pushing our national guard and last defense against natural disasters and homeland threats to the breaking point? One National Guardsman who has served in Iraq said that we are in an interview. Recruiting is down, divorce rates are up and families of guardsmen are struggling to cope with expenses.

ok,

ive been enlisted in the navy over a year now, and well i kind of have the typical story of the recruiter telling me to just leave some stuff out about my past medical history.

i did however come in on numerous medical waivers, but for this one particular issue i did not. i went to medical, and well they sent me to a civilian doctor who i have not yet seen.

i have not disclosed this information to medical for the obvious fear of fraudulent enlistment. -

but, in the case of fraudulent enlistment - does anyone know what would happen - IE. restriction, pay and rate reduction?

just inquiring, so i know where to go from here.

I'm 25 years old and I do know that the benefits go until age 26. I talked to someone at school that was over all that stuff and he said that I could just get a monthly check thing for school i forgot what it was called. He said the most I could get monthly would be 1,000 but the VA decides how much you get. My tuition is 7,200 a semester. So I just wanted to know some more about this. Thanks

When the US fought the North Vietnamese, no one believes that we went to war for any reason other than to halt the spread of communism. Whether or not you agree with the reason for our involvement in Vietman, I don't think that anyone believes that we went to war in Vietman to steal that nation's natural resources. If we had, at the very least, legitimate national security concerns that were consistent with a morally grounded foreign policy (I'm refering to our motives, not the consequences of that war), why is it so hard to believe that the Bush administration also has, at the very least, legitimate reasons for invading Iraq?
