I am looking for a 2004 Cruise Book for USS Ticonderoga CG47. I purchased 2 of them while on it's last deployment and never received them ( I guess there was lots of confusion during decommissioning and all)

I am currently an army reservist. In basic training(8 months ago) i dislocated my shoulder and was taken to the ER for relocation. At the time an option to see a med board for medical discharge was presented to me but i opted to continue training. 8 months later i am having a lot of dislocations and pain in that same shoulder. Is it possible to get a medical discharge now? I tried to see the va but was told that without a discharge that i was ineligable to be seen. What is the first step to a medical discharge, How long is the process and will my shoulder be covered if major sergery is nessasary? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have no medical insurance and im in a lot of pain. i am triing to get this taken care of as soon as possible.

the other service basic training, but other services are required to go thru marine boot camp if they wish to change over to the marine corps, does this makes the marine corps the best branch of the service?

Ask the iraqis if they want American troops to begin withdrawal or have a surge in troops.

and dont tell me they dont know what they want. Thats total crap. How would we all like it if some country decided to come in and invade our country and take control of it.

It's there country give them the choice!

WASHINGTON - Fighter jet parts and other sensitive U.S. military gear seized from front companies for Iran and brokers for China have been traced in criminal cases to a surprising source: the Pentagon.

The fact is that the Americans entered the war late, and well after Britain, Canada, Australia, France and the USSR had fought -- and won -- the hardest battles.

Americans really have a bloated sense of self-worth and it is very irritating to the rest of us.

Rice gets backing for Iraq plan
Saudi Arabian leaders have told Condoleeza Rice, the US secretary of state, that Arab countries are ready to back the new US strategy to stabilise Iraq.
Rice is expected to meet several of her Middle Eastern counterparts on Tuesday to discuss the plan which involves sending thousands more US soldiers to the country
"We agree fully with the goals set by the new strategy, which in our view are the goals that - if implemented - would solve the problems that face Iraq," Prince Saud al-Faisal, the Saudi Arabian foreign minister, said at a joint news conference with Rice in Riyadh.
But he also insisted that only the Iraqis could ensure that the plan succeeded.
"Implementation also requires a [positive] response by the Iraqis themselves to these goals ... Other countries can help but the main responsibility in taking decisions rests on the Iraqis," al-Faisal added.

For all of those who support our troops. Do you think the outcome of this current conflict would be different if wed didnt have to follow the Geneva Convention. I just think its unfair. Kind of like me and you fighting but you get to use a knife and I dont. Unfair right?

Think about it, everyone is getting pissed off at everyone else for one reason or another because they agree or disagree with the Iraq conflict. Now everyone is very pissed because we have just lost our 3,000th person. Well we've lost 3,000 in FIVE YEARS, and we only lost 60,000 in vietnam, and vietnam was 14 years, if this was at a constant rate, we could be in Iraq for another 95 years to lose a total of 60,000

Does this bug the crap out of anyone else?
How does this make you feel about both conflicts?
Why are so many people still trying to empeach Bush?
We had hippies/protesters then and now, whats different?
Why does everyone still have problems with Bush?
Are you a Left-wing or Right-wing?(to undestand your other answers)

Wow....this is a quote from another topic I just picked up-(not gonna name names)-this is nuts.

"Sure, American soldiers should be allowed to fire on innocent civilians! And they can hold people without trial too, and even torture them. Nobody should be allowed tell Americans what to do, because they're the biggest bullies in the world, and it is not a good idea to stand up to bullies. "

-(Quote by ACLU member)-

Wow...I take it someone is living in the middle east maybe?
Maybe someone's a sunni?
Maybe?
Just a thought
