Go to the online website for Tricare or the office on base. For most procedures not done on base you will need a referral from your Primary Care Manager, unless its an emergency then just go to the ER, obviously. Cosmetic surgeries and stuff unnecessary isn't covered unless you whine enough about it and prove that it is affecting you emotionally.

go to the tricare office on base. in most places its right inside the building where the clinics are on base. or ask your spouse he would know. most everything is covered except cosmetic surgery unless a doctor deems it necessary
