If you go through a couple years of JROTC and then enlist straight out of High School do you obtain an advanced rank enlisting? (I heard for the USMC its E-2, and for the Army its E-3)

for the Army, it depends on how many years of JROTC you have completed in order to be promoted to E-2/E-3

If you have JROTC you will probably start out at E-3 apon graduation of boot camp. If you enlist for 4 years you will usually start at the bottom. If you do six like i did my first enlistment, they will start you off at E3, it was a nice head start at my career.

Yes, I took Marine JROTC in high school and they told us if we enlisted we would be a PFC (E2) out of boot camp.

It depends on what branch you join. But don't expect to be given anything in the Marine Corps. You get what you earn and thats it.
