THE best question of month award goes to you!

Now for my smart *** answer:

I think you're on to something here. What better way to show the Muslim world our good character than by demonstrating how we have gotten our low income citizens away from our pretty malls and mega stores filled with slave labor goods, and into buildings that resell castoffs from the "keeping our heads above water" income group.

Ya know, nothing brightens up a bombed out home more than some knick-knacks from China and some Precious Moments inspirational message coffee cups.

LOL Excellent double entendre with the Pentagon holding prayer meetings with the Evangelicals, and our troops being stretched beyond any reasonable limit. It seems the BushCo strategy for Afghanistan is just as successful as his one in Iraq. On the news today they said our troops would have to stay there at least two more years! As BushOilCo wants to control the oil pipeline across Afghanistan, our troops can spend all their time guarding the oil facilities in both countries, indeed making them Bush's Oil Police.
I don't think the donation buckets we do so well over there though.

With the Jehovah's Witness's backing them up the boys could come home altogether. But then what if the Afghan people see this as some sort of fundamentalist exchange programme and send their lot over.
Ultimately I think a non-military approach promoting mutual understanding and respect for person, property and chosen religious/political leanings is the best thing that could happen.

Thats it, march on those Muslim lines rattling the charity box and the tamborine. Will you come to the mission will you come come come, for a nice cup of tea and a bun bun bun.

That'll teach the local mosque to keep waking me at 5.30 am singing to me from the mosque tower.

Good old Sally Ann.

You are not being funny. The Salvation Army is a Christian, religious organization. They would not be welcome in any Islamic country. In fact, the SA would probably be attacked by the very people who need their help.

You could always ask Osama bin Laden for some help. After all, you helped him free Afghanistan from the Russians. You trained him and funded him. So he owes you one.
