Why on Earth is Bush still sending Troops over to Iraq when Mahdi {Iraq's vice president} said it himself that Iraq is not in a civil war, and doesn't need more U.S. troops."The Americans made many mistakes, and Iraqis had to support that". It has a constitution and elected government, and thus there is no need for an international conference.""Our options as Iraqis are that we don't have an exit strategy or any withdrawal timetable,"

If they are not in a hurry to get on a timetable, and do not want us there, then why be there??

i reconize the prapaganda and method of inflicting fear, and i think we should reconize or remember that propaganda does exist, in the U.S. and media, and lots of governments do it, the U.S. adminastration, not the government, is trying to finish several thinfgs off with hidden agendas, and i find it so easy to reconize so i know where to look, do you reconize>

I am just wondering what everyone else thinks of the fact that the home town of the Canadian soldier killed by friendly fire does not having any plans to honor him with the exception of lower the flags at city hall. He was a Canadian Olympian in 1992 in Barcelona and died serving his country. The mayor has not even offered his condolences in the local paper or on the local t.v. station. Do you think this is disrespectful?

I know that VA pays a percentage to disabled American soldiers, but when a soldier comes down on a Medical Discharge that is unexpected, the Army should compensate for the time left that the soldier expected to contribute. Afterall, if a Major League baseball player gets cut from a team or traded, he still gets compensated by the team that let him go.

Will NATO continue this failed policy of dropping leaflets warning civilians to leave the area. This gives the Taliban time to dig in, just like it gave the Hezbolah lots of warning when the Israelis dropped their leaflets.
If you warn the enemy you're coming, isn't that kind of stupid? I say carpet bomb everyone and like the Britrish did to the German city of Dresden in WW2. The war soon ended. Use all the weapons you have. Nuclear if that what it takes.

43% of Americans in a CNN poll believe Saddam Hussein was personally involved in the 9/11 attacks according to http://pollingreport.com/iraq.htm

The 9/11 Commission concluded there was no operative relationship between Iraq and Al-qaeda. Bush himself has rejected it. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/3118262.stm)

Are Americans uninformed or simply mindwashed?

It is very ironic to see Cubans in Miami fighting to prevent Cuba from opening diplomatic relations with the US and yet Vietnam who savegely killed our beloved soldiers already opened relations with the US. I believe that Cubans in Miami prevent that because they want to keep their status quo and all the protections they can get.

Bush Bashing is not an answer. Answering this question my determine win or lose at the polls. If the radical liberals, who seem in control of the party, answer this they will appease the enemy as they do in Europe. Hillary is playing it smart by moving towards the center. What do you think?
