My husband is currently serving over there-recently arrived. I would be totally pissed off if he was not able to come home after his year was up. Not sure what the real reason is for them be required to stay in Iraq-they believe they are helping the Iraqi people and will put an end to this war and they will live happily ever after- (Yeah Right!!)
Just my opinion-I support my husband and his patriotic duty but not sure how we will measure when this war is over-I just pray it happens soon and they allow those poor guys to come home!

Rest assured that 1/2 of the country wants our boys home, protecting American's in America. Not in Iraq, protecting Iraqis from other Iraqis'.
May God Bless our troops and may GWB bring them home now.

Because, sadly, their job isn't finished. I want them home as much as anyone else, but they're fighting for a reason and if we pull out now, there will be a massive civil war and everything will be in even more chaos than it is right now.
I agree. God bless and I hope people will learn to understand and learn to support our troops better than they're doing now.

Because we are running short of troops in general, they need to start pulling troops from other areas if we are going to keep an increased force

Because there aren't enough volunteers crazy enough to fight Bush's personal wars.They're not all that stupid.
