I found one website that said 29 years old - but I'm not sure if that was talking about enlisted or officer.
I put a link below about OCS (Officer Candidate School) - there are actually several (4 I think) different paths to becoming an officer in the Marine Corps.
Anyways - the link below said to contact your OSO (Officer Selection Officer) in regards to the age limit because "waivers can be granted for certain cases."

You must be 18 years old (17 with parent/guradian waiver), and must score at least 33 on the ASVAB. There are physical requirements, you must pass a 1.5 mile run, minimum pull ups and sit ups (no waiver on that, those are the bare minimums), and technically under or over a certain weight (although you can get a weight waiver from a militarty doctor).
To be an officer, you mush have completed a bachelor's degree, and meet physical requirements.
In either case, you must pass a full physical, and you must be cleared by an FBI background check for security clearance.

You must be 18 years old to enter the military regardless of which division you enter. However, if you are interested in the military, and are not yet 18, an ROTC program in high school would be a great way to get your feet wet. Also, to become an officer you have to work your way up through training and schooling.
Good luck!
