Is it true you have to pee in front of everyone, be in front of a lot of women only with your underwear on? Or it is just for other branches?

It’s precisely the scale of the U.S. failures in the Middle East so far that compel Washington to raise the ante even higher. At stake is the biggest imperial prize of all--control of the world’s main oil reserves, and with it, the economic and political levers to maintain the U.S. as the world’s sole superpower.

What about the Aussies, the New Zealanders and other allied troops who laid down their lives? The Indians and other troops from all over the commonwealth who also fought?

The Battle of Britain was made up of fighter pilots from all over the globe - Brit, Aussie, Kiwi, Polish, Canadian, Irish, Indian to name but a few.

Are the Americans negating those peoples' contributions by arrogantly claiming all the success for themselves? They weren't even in the war when the Battle of Britain was fought!

Why is it always about what the America did? The Aussies and Kiwis joined in and laid down their lives as well and you never hear them going on about how they "bailed Europe out". And lets face it - they didn't have to - they lived far enough away for it not to affect them

As a Brit I want to say a big THANKS to the Aussies and New Zealanders and all other allied troops (other than the Yanks they've had their praise) who joined in to help and never get any credit for it!!!!

I wanted to enlist in the Army as 31B and be a machinegunner..But I also didnt want to be some grunt running around w/ a gun in the middle of the desert..I want to be in combat but not like that..I also wanted to be in aviation, not a pilot, but in aviation..A recruiter helped me out w/ combining these preferences in one MOS, not in the Army..But the AF, as an Aerial Gunner..

Iv looked into it and it really sounds exactly what im looking for, Im going to enlist after I graduate High School..And im wondering how hard is it to become an Aerial Gunner in the AF?..I dont want to be on a giant plane 30,000 feet in the air, but In a UH-60, or some other kind of helicopter..So a few people mentioned 15T..(Black Hawk Repairer), but I really dont see how that is ANYTHING like I want..

I WANT to be in a helicopter w/ a 7.62 or some other type of machinegun..Would that be 15T,Aerial Gunner, or some other MOS..?

Aerial Gunner looks the closest, but do I get to choose what kind of

Do you have to wait to be contacted. My boyfriend was suppose to come home on Friday to NC, but then the news said the flights were going to come in on Saturday. It's now Sunday and I still have not heard from him. So I was wondering if there was a website or a information line that you could call or look up to see when the troops are suppose to come home or if something has caused them to be delayed.

I am an 19 year old college sophomore and over the past few months I have been trying to decide if I shoud join the Navy. I have taken my ASVAB and did very well, I also passed my physical. I was offered a great rate and when it came time to sign my contract I choked! Within the past two weeks I had my self convinced that I wasn't going to join the Navy. Then today, I started getting intereasted again. Joining the Navy has been a dream of mine, but I am terrified of being so far away from my family and entering the "unknown". Any advice from anyone would be great. I know that I am the only one who can make this decision, and I will eventually.

My grandfather was part of the maritime, which was part of the Merchant Marines. The maritime is no longer around, at least that's what I've heard, but he was a part of it in the 40s. He never went overseas because they had needed him as a teacher. But my question is should he be allowed to be buried in one of the national cemeraries since he had been a part of the military?
