It was after that when Rumsfield went over to see about reopening the US embassy. Then thinking he had Daddy Bush's approval he invaded Kuwait. Big mistake. The US went as far as the Iraqi border and then told the Iraqi Shites to rise up against saddam and the US would support them They did, and the US didn't. Now the invading US forces are finding mass graves and acting like it was all Saddam's idea. These are the Shites that the US were going to help.
