Can a person who has gotten out of prison and is on parole travel out of state for vacations and stuff? Or is that against the rules in most states?

I see cops on the highway ALL THE TIME cruising along at speeds that would get me a ticket.
I mean, if they are going somewhere in an emergency, they use the lights and what not, I get that, but when they are just cruising, sometimes I wonder why some police officers feel they are above the law.

My son's friend was involved in a skirmish with another chap. My son's friend was taking a pasting, so my son intervened to stop the fight. The fight lasted about two minutes, yet my son and his friend are charged with ABH. The other chap's girlfriend is witness for him. It transpires that the other chap has convictions for assalt against his G/F and my son's barrister wants to bring up the previous convictions. Wil this help my son.My son only acted in breaking up the fight

If robber is holding man A and man B in hostage. Robber gives man A a knife and ask to kill man B. The robber tells that if man A does do not kill man B, he will kill them both

if man A kills man B, he will set free man A.

Say the man A eventually kills man B.

Just got speeding ticket in chesterfield VA I was going 67 on 45 didnt even realized that before it was too late... cop was alright didnt gave me reckless driving Now im wondering how much my speeding ticket will be and also now i seriously consider to buy radar detector!!! I'm feeling pretty mean today, especially after reading all the hate and anger directed against those who have taken an oath to serve and protect you. I know it comes with the territory of the lonely life led by our public servants but, I feel that there seems to be even more hatred spewed from the mouths of the people against the cops so I think that it is time for all Law Enforcement Officers to take a week or two off from your duties. Let's say from the first week of September, you all just stay home for 2 weeks. Open the jails and let the all those poor picked (they are all innocent, right?) people out for 2 weeks and no ticket writing, no domestics, no burglaries or robberies, or drug busts. I mean these people who are saying you aren't needed can handle it right? What do you think?

My sister and brother in law are in the middle of a bad separation soon to be divorce and my 6mo nephew is caught in the middle. Things got messy the other day and my sister ended up slapping my brother in law during an argument. He called the police but decided not to press charges. Now he is telling her that if she does not bring my nephew to his house by such and such a time he will press charges and have her arrested. Can he do so if he has already declined to press charges?

My friend is trying to bail his friend out of jail. She is in a pinellas country jail here in florida. We need to know if there is a time limit to when he can turn in the money, befor she has to spend the night there. It's 9pm now. Is there a time where a bail cannot be turned in, is she stuck there for the night. Or can he get her out whenever.

I did not become a police officer because I didn't think I could handle all the gore- ie ; dead bodies, etc. How do you handle all of the sickening things you have to see? Did you have a very hard time at first? Does it ever give you nightmares?

He walks in and peper sprays this 17 year old casher and he had to take her to the hospital instead of jail because she was coughing and weezing. The store had a video that showed the girl putting a bill in the ten dollar slot and the manager checked and verified but still the cop peper sprayed her. She ended up getting 60,000 for her ordeal.

There's a park 2 blocks away from my house. I went out to jog. All I was wearing were my pair of tennis shoes, a pair of shorts, and a sleeveless shirt. My roommate was home, so I didn't even take my keys with me.
I was running on the park, when this cop stops me. He asked me for my ID, I tell him I didn't have it with me. He calls another cop. I told him I lived 2 blocks awya that I could go get it.
They take me in the police car to the police station.
Over there, I call my roommate, he brings my ID and some clohtes because I was running clothes.
Somehow, they jsut told me I could leave.


I'm confused!

Is jogging a crime?

Is there a law about having an ID even when I'm wearing clothes with no pockets?

what about the 9 youths who attacked and killed that poor man on friday night all he said was stop breaking the windows on my hired digger and the poor man who left his wife a widow and his children fatherless on christmas eve because he didnt have a ciggerette to give to another marauding gang what do you think we should do about street crime and gun crime
