Can a person who has gotten out of prison and is on parole travel out of state for vacations and stuff? Or is that against the rules in most states?

No. They aren't even supposed to be out of their county. They can obtain permission from their parole officer for trips.

Normally a person on parole is not allowed to travel outside of the state. There are exceptions, however these are more likely in cases where the major employment center is across state lines. It is highly unlikely a parole officer would allow a parolee to travel out of the state for a vacation.

No.It is not common that any parole officer would let a parolee go outside the state unless there was a very good reason for him to do so such as maybe you were moving out of state cause you have a better chance with life that way and he approves of it, etc.

The I-131 is a multi-type. that's advance Parole or a Reentry enable. As AP that's used if a petition is being adjudicated, and as a Reentry enable that's used for a green Card holder who needs to stay outdoors united statesa. for over a million one year. U.S. voters do no longer desire a enable to commute or to return, of path.

I am surprised a parole would even asked. I went where I wanted to when I wanted to. Just don't get in trouble.
