Most likely NOT. You need to be in possession of enough that could be seen as intent to sell for it to be a felony. I'm not 100% sure about Mass though. Most states possession of cocaine is a misdemeanor if it's a gram or less. I can't imagine that possession of one ecstacy pill would be any more than a misdemeanor. To find out for sure you can just call your local police station or DA's office / courthouse and ask anonymously.
PS: Everyone below me are idiots and I've listed the most correct information out of everyone yet. And it's not 1/10th a gram, it's a gram or less. 1 ecstacy pill IS NOT A FELONY

In most states, possession of ecstasy is a felony, regardless of whether or not you only have one pill. Speak with any lawyer, they will tell you the same thing.

possesion of ecstacy in any form in any amount in any state is a felony and to correct anothers reply: possesion of cocaine more than 0.01 grams is a felony thats 1/10 of a gram. you dont need a whole gram for the felony
