If robber is holding man A and man B in hostage. Robber gives man A a knife and ask to kill man B. The robber tells that if man A does do not kill man B, he will kill them both

but

if man A kills man B, he will set free man A.

Say the man A eventually kills man B.

QUESTION: If youre the judge, will you punish man A for killing
man B?
