Personally i do not find the fact undressing in front of a bunch of strangers that i do know now. I find this strip search a pure violation of my privacy and no one can change my mind on that. But if a minorty goes to jail in a all white community can that minorty request that a minorty officer do the strip search then a white officer

I recently got called by the police and they asked me to come down to the station and speak with them. When I got there they showed me some chat transcript or something with two people talking dirty on it.

I read part of it and it was a guy talking to a 14 year old girl. The only chat rooms I go in are on irc and there's no 14 year old girls there.

My question is how worried do I have to be after being accused of this? Obviously I didn't confess to it or anything because it wasn't me. But with all the internet predator hysteria, are they going to come after me with just a chat log they said was mine?

Don't they need real evidence like confirmation that that was me ? I'm anxious about spending a lot of money on an attorney at this point because they haven't even charged me officially with a crime yet. Can I be prosecuted based off a chat transcript? If my computer was hacked or one of my friends was over messing around on my computer while I was gone, how can I prove this?

last weekend I found me husband with another woman and my daughter. I confronted him and then i snapped. I hit him and his girlfriend called the police. Before they got there I left the scene to go back home. My husband also left the scene before they got there. She made a report after they had to coax her out of her apartment. She only made a report stating that she wants me banned from her property. My husband keeps threatening to press charges against me if I dont give him custody of our daughter. It has been 6 days and still has not contacted the police. What are my options? I want to file for custody and child support but am afraid that he will press charges.

I just received my first ever speeding ticket the other day. The officer clocked me at 61 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.

I didn't say much to the officer....I was really stunned that it was happening to me. I had been driving from out of state ALL day and was JUST about to turn onto my street when I was stopped.

I'm really a safe driver, and have never even had an accident (knock on wood!). I pride myself on my responsibility (lame, I know), and I've been beating myself up about this.

I'm too ashamed to tell friends. I feel like a criminal, to tell the truth. I haven't even called to see how much this will cost.

It's silly, but I've been crying about this!

It's too late to try & "get out of it." Right? How does this effect my "record" and insurance?

Thanks for the help.

ok heres the deal.
like 30 mins ago me and my friends where skateboarding in out neighboor hood.
like we did for 2-3 years.

the police rode beside us, interrupting my talk on religion, and said there has been a complaint on skateboarding in the street.
and...
the next time we are caught skating there will be a charge...

does this make sense?? Are we suppose to stay inside on videogames all day and not go out and skate??

Is it possible for someone with a felony (possession of meth) 7 years ago (clean and sober 6 years now) to pursue a career in nursing? My girlfriend currently works at an inpatient drug and alcohol center but wants to go back to school to become an LPN. Will future employers hold her past against her and can she even enroll in classes with a felony in her background? We live in TN.

I work with a guy who has outstanding warrants for sex crimes. He has managed to avoid the police for quite a while now. I asked him what he would do if he got pulled over while driving. He said he would tell the officer that he doesn't have his Drivers License with him & then he would use the identity of a friend (as far as giving a social security number & DOB etc) He drives his friend's car which has valid insurance papers under the friend's name. Is it this easy for a wanted criminal to fool the police? Does anyone know?

Added Details:
I called the Dallas police dept. & told them where he works. They said they have limited manpower so unless it was an emergency they couldn't come get him. The reason I am asking this question is because:
I am thinking about calling the police & reporting a suspicious driver when I see him on the way to work. I am hoping that may be the key to getting a response from the police.

My friend has been staying internationally for a few years. He found out that he has a warrant in a state he use to live in. He has a daughter there but he pays child support. There is a false accusation that he has not paid for over 6 months. He called a lawyer and they told him he has a 5,000 cash bond. And he must appear in court in person to take care of the warrant. Will he be arrested at the airport and go to jail if he comes back to the US without legal representation for his case?

I am planning on having a party. I live in NJ. My property is set back a little and hidden by trees from the main road. You cannot see the house very well from the main road. I am 19 and the people attending this party are 19 - 20. We are all responsible college students. There will be alcohol at this party but no one will be drinking and driving. What could go wrong? What can a police officer do if they approach the property? Can they step onto the property? The front door is the first part of the house you come to if you approach the house. Can they walk by it and look in a window? There will not be much noise at all as my house is very well insulated. Can an officer knock on the door? Can they enter the back garden? There will be no reason for them to do this; there will be no one outside. If someone who is 22 answers the door, and shows them ID do they have to leave? Can they enter the house if they don't see anyone inside? What is the punishment for the person buying the alcohol
