What if you stumble across a pop up or whatever, that says "teen sex" and it brings you to the site, but you dont know how to tell if its child pornography. I need to know if i should report it or not. Is it common to find?

If it says teen sex and you are redirected to the site, either hit the back button on your browser, or close the screen that you are on.
It is common if you are looking for it.

Doubts exist child porno purveyors will be so brazen to publicy advertise their sites in a pop-up or other visible manner. Law enforcement on the Federal and state levels each day are interviewing thousands of caught desperate online child pornographers and predators. And with years and years prison time ahead of them, you can bet for a deal--they'll professor teach the cops where and how to catch these slimeballs.

I'm confident law enforcement has a far better handle on the nightmarish mess than 10 years ago. The cops are doing a fine job here...no need to worry.

However, there ARE tips to protect your kids or young ones around your home PC. Look them up online or speak to your local police; they might have website or online services division you can ask questions to.

Nineteen is "teen" and perfectly legal. Nice of you to want to stomp on kiddie-porn, but these people know where all the fine lines are and how to blur them. You may get one eventually, but they've been hiding a lot longer than you've been seeking. Good luck,

Report it if there are any doubts about it at all because some kid out there could be on that site against there will and you could be helping her by taking it off.

It is only a crime if you download it to your computer. Save it in some fashion so you can retrieve it when you wish.

If it is on a site, and you do nothing but look, no crime.
