Here is what happened.
I was 17 at the time and driving home from work one night and I got hit head on by a 15 year old kid driving around with another 15 year old with him and no adult.
What is going to happen to him?

Your insurance company and his insurance company will work out the details on who pays how much. If the police responded (you did call the police, right?) they may ticket him if he violated the conditions of his permit.

Sounds like it wasn't your fault. Did you get a ticket? If not, then don't worry about it. Of course it could make your insurance go up, but it shouldn't prevent you from getting your license.

he probably wont get his full drivers liscenes untill he turns 18. Or, in some states, 21.
