It appears to be a charge of Fraud (Execution of a Document by Deception) by means of using a document that actually resulted in the illegal obtaining of between $1500-$20,000.00.

From the amounts involved...in my state...it would be a felony offense.

DOC where I am from means either Department of Corrections or Disorderly Conduct. Neither of which makes sense with a dollar amount. But anythng over $500 is a felony.
