I would be certain that if you contacted the Burke County Sheriff's Office, they could provide you with the requested information or at least a telephone number.

I can guarantee you that that is confidential information!!!!!!
They would NEVER release that information to the general public...if it did, they would immediately close that email account and create a new one.
What you're asking for is akin, but not quite as bad, as asking for a probation officer's home phone number...never happen!!
