I have a license Plate of a Person that Is Stalking me?

can I look it up on the net?

No you cannot look it up on the net. Why would you want to. There is nothing you can legally do to stop this stalker yourself. Contact the police and report the incident. Give them the liscences plate #, vehicle description, description of the dirver and any passengers, and carefully keep track of the dates, times and locations you are followed. This will give them the ammunition they need to lock the nut up.

No, but you can give it to the police.
