I got an email from 'Internet Evidence Removal Services' saying '(my name) permanently DELETE the websites you visit and files'

I recently sent some info to the Texas state police about someone bragging online how they killed someone in Texas and got away with it (along with other details like names and the crime scene--not yahoo related). Beyond this I don't know who it could be. I don't even know if it was real. Could the email be the police station?
I'm afraid to open it, because it sounds like it could have a virus attached and that is the last thing I need.
Does this sound suspicious to anyone or is it something I should open? Please help!

Thanks in advanced!

Is there any software that can automatically match handwriting without the use of an expert? Or is a trained expert really the only way to determine handwriting?

Two of my friends say that there is a six year limit for how long a debt can be recovered. After this, they tell me, it is illegal for anyone to chase after it.

I'm not so sure, does anyone know the answer?

I've heard that car insurance is required in Wisconsin unless you can show financial responsibility. Is there some type of application for this? The reason I ask is insurance is such a scam as far as comprehensive is concerned. I would buy liability but was just wondering what everybody knew on this subject.

My dad works in the field of homicide investigation for the police. He is considered eccentric by his co workers because he uses methods that are not sanctioned. Once he got in big trouble and was suspended for 6 months but was reinstated. He still uses these methods but now does it on his own time without having a partner present. In fact a few times I was his partner (lol lol). I think they realize that and look the other way. For example, once he went to a cemetary when few people were around with a man and myself. I was helping him by taking notes of things the man was saying. My dad was too busy to write anything down and he did not want to tape record the proceedings. Plus he was questioning the man. Apparently we were at the grave side of a woman who was a victim and the man was talking with her spirit. Before you put this down you should realize that after my dad dropped me off at home he spent the next few days and solved this case and arrested the perpetrator.

Do we exist at the pleasure of the government?

Who came first? Individuals, or governments?

Can people exist without governments?

Was man made for the law, or was the law made for man?

Example: In a flat stretch of desert, you approach an intersection of roadway. You can see, in all directions, for five miles. The intersection has a four-way stop sign. There is no other traffic.

Should you stop? If so, why? If not, why not? Remember, there is absolutely NO other traffic.

The laws are for YOUR safety, but you are NOT in danger.
There are no cops around.

What do you do? Why do you do it?

Someone says they are a federal agent. Approaches you and begins to give verbal commands.
Example video: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/380246/scare_tactics_eye_witness/

What would you do?
What would be the standard procedure to verify a federal agent's credentials / badge if he or she is not accompanied by a police officer in uniform arriving in a marked vehicle?
Is there a federal number to call?

What if someone who claims to be a federal agent pulls a firearm on you or begins to use physical force when you attempt to call and verify their credentials or don't co-operate. Would it be safe to assume that they for sure are not federal agents and defend yourself?

If credentials cannot be verified, do I have the right to call the local police and have them present before co-operating?

Roommate killed in fight over radio
By Amanda Kramer
A Carrollton man stabbed his roommate to death Saturday in an argument over the volume of the radio, the sheriff’s office said.
Carroll County sheriff’s Capt. Shane Taylor said Juan Florez Martinez, 47, was arrested and charged with murder after his roommate was found stabbed in the chest

at a trailer on lot 6 in Bluebird Mobile Home Park on Lovvorn Road.

The victim was identified as Ramon Antonio Cabrera Bonilla, 30. He was pronounced dead at the scene, Taylor said. His body was found at the home by deputies at about 3:45 a.m.

The two roommates — along with a group of men and women at the house — began drinking alcohol about 9:30 p.m. Friday, authorities said, and continued drinking throughout the night.

At some point in the evening a few of the people left the house and went to a local club before they returned with more alcohol.
Taylor said by 3 a.m. Cabrera Bonilla and several others in the residence had gone to sleep — leaving only Martinez and another man still awake, drinking more alcohol.

Cabrera Bonilla, who had to work Sunday, awoke from his bed and went to turn down the radio that Martinez was listening to. Cabrera Bonilla complained the music was too loud for him to sleep, according to Taylor.

Taylor said Cabrera Bonilla awoke two more times to turn the radio down after Martinez kept turning the volume back up. That led to a fight between the two roommates over the volume.

During the altercation, Martinez stabbed Cabrera Bonilla multiple times in the chest, Taylor said.
