if u are 19 and ran from a group home and never got into any more trouble how long would it take for that warrent to be suspended and u can start useing your name to buy a house and cars and stuff like that, pretty much how long would it be until u didnt have to be worried about getting arrested for that warrent?

Your warrant isn't going to expire... until you do....lol....sorry.... or until you get it taken care of. Just get it taken care of.

Generally, they remain for years, if not decades. Very few states have any statute of limitations on bench warrants.

It's usually much more effective to negotiate your surrender with the court, and clear up the problem rather than running.

A warrant never "expires" they stay active and valid till the day you die. So in general you will need to go back, get an attorney and deal with what the warrant has.

They last until they are cleared. They are cleared by having a court of competent jurisdiction come up with a ruling once you appear in court on the warrant.

I totally agree with Joe J answer,and an addition, I would give your local legal service agency a call ~ this should be an inexpensive and simple procedure. Verify it with them.

It relies upon. legal warrants final continuously, Misdamenor (spelling?) warrants final for seven years. this is Florida regulation. this would be distinctive reckoning on the place you're. look it up on your state's cyber web website.

just turn yourself in and take care of it then you won't have to worry any more
