ok so i live in ontario canada
and 420 is comming up in like 6 days
so i am wondering if it is LEGAL to smoke pot on this day

I couldn't find anything newer than 2003, but it looks like it's not against the law to have weed. You can check out the two links below to see where I got that. Remember though, it could have changed since then, I just can't find it. This is the answer to your question as it applies to Ontario Canada, WHICH IS SOMETHING I THINK A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE MISSING. In America it's always illeagal. Period.

I have no idea if smoking pot is legal in Ontario or not. I am positive the law is the same on 4-20 as on any other day.

Of course it is. As a matter of fact I used to blow through Ontario and a surprising number of the RCMP's smoke weed on 4-20. Even if they catch you doing it they cant really do anything on that day.

No, it is never legal to smoke pot, although I would vote to make it legal if such a time ever occurred. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, our founding fathers grew it and smoked it.

I'm honestly not sure if its legal in Canada. Im in the US and i'm trying not to get caught. 420 is in 2 days. pretty sweet. but dude I'm fourteen and no one can stop me. why could they stop you?

It is not legal to smoke pot ever. The cops don't care what the date is, they will arrest you when they catch you.

No. They don't legalize drugs for a "holiday". That would be kind of like having all the AA meetings serve alcohol on new years. When a drug is illegal, its illegal always unless approved for some kind of medicine and thats rare.
