What is the law when it comes to having a red spinning siren (but it doesnt make any noise) on top of your car (if you are not a cop or anything). What would an officer do? is it illegal even if you just go around for fun?

I found the hardest part of being a Police Officer is controlling my temper in the face of some snot nosed "daddys little rich kid" that has never had to abide by any rules. Not only is everyone of them a SH*T house lawyer, but these little snots truly believe they are above the laws and rules and that anyone who says anything to them is instantly labeled a jerk. That includes;Teachers, Parents, Judges, supervisors and Police Officers. I especially love the gutless parents who get treated like crap from these little jerks, but then come flying to their rescue with the same old phrase, " My little child could never have done that," Any other people have this same problem?? Man, I'd love to have these little pukes in my old platoon for just 24 hours!!

Is it illegal to take a photograph of a Policeman or Community Support Officer on duty in the UK?

I know they video us and take pics with impunity, and at the G8 summit I remember BOTH sides videoing events for obvious reasons, but is a person allowed to take pictures and what , if any, limitations are there inherent to this, ie, can you publish them on a website or must you keep them as a private record only?

Serious replies only, thanks "I don't know" replies will be reported for point gaming.

See how strongly I feel about this particular subject???

Why are their no female Police K9 protection handlers? I know it is the most dangerous job?
It seems to be males only.
And if females work with dogs in police work it seem to be in sent work.
Am i wrong ? if not, then why is this the case?

How were you raised to treat the police as kids? Did your parents tell you that they could help you in case of a life-or-death emergency and to go to them if you ever got separated from your moms and dads? Or were you taught to be afraid of them?

Me: I was taught to be really afraid of the police. Every time I misbehaved in public, especially if there were cops around, my mom would say "Stop playing with the apricots (grocery store) or else that cop will take you away and throw you in a cold cement jail forever." Another time, I was with my dad and walked past a cop with a gun in his pocket. My dad pointed to his pocket and says, "That's his gun. He can shoot anybody he wants, so stay away from cops." In case of getting lost, my parents said, "Never go to a cop if you get lost, because they are very mean people. Go to a store instead and talk to the manager."

They had me hiding in the car everytime my parents drove by a police car. I know now there's good & bad cops.

Just kind of curious if parents here think that JonBenet parents were overdoing with cute kids clothes that look like if they were few sized bigger a hooker would wear them, and lil heels, hair bleaching at age of 6 and tons of make up? Wouldnt all this attention really cause a lot of interest in perverts and pedofiles out there? Wouldnt this lil peagent was just set for a failure by her own parents? Maybe if anyone seen a movie "Running Scared" (2006) it kind of remind you of this case? Why father of this little girl when he found her dead body just took her upstairs messing with life evidence and forensics, changed her in fresh clothes and comb her hair? Doesnt this whole family seems freaky to you? And what about Burke (brother) everyone claims is definitely not a suspect? What makes it so definite? Why family refuses to take poli test anyways? What...we got something to hide? And whats up with these unprofessional roockie detectives and investigators being messy with evidence?
