Because if they dont...... then a REAL storm will soon follow...

This is exactly why we guarded Saddam in teh first place over here... to prevent some stupid guards and ignorant politicians of going too far and screwing it all up.

Almost makes you wonder if the guards did it on purpose......

The reason they are being persecuted is to make a very loud and vivid point: that things are being done by the book. Just because the "most evil man" on the face of the earth is now dead, does not mean theyare going post picture and video on youtube and parade his body through the streets. Even the dead dictator has human rights. many of us are like: "so what, he was a bad guy, feed him to wild dogs.". But they are trying to make this a diplomatic as possible, so people understand than they are trying to establish rules, and lawfulness, and everybody most obey by it even the "good guys" who are contributing to a better country must obey the rules and laws. If they don't set an example then how can anyone else want to?

The taking of pictures, recording of videos of executions is illegal. It is also in poor taste. Executions have not been public in a good part of the world for some time now. It does not have any significant effect on crime and was found to be voyueristic.
Hnaging is especially voyueristic in nature and the publishing of pictures and recorded images of Saddams execution really only fuel the ideals of the people that consider him a martyr.

Other than the fact that he broke about 150international laws...and he (and the others) were treating the death of another human being as a slide-show (because Saddam did what he did doesn't mean the rest of us can act like hethens)...

it was a disgusting act of vulgar vigalanti monstrocity...and the world and the person posting the event should be repulsed that death could bring joy and entertainment...and people wonder how serial-killers get their jollies...millions of people learned what makes a serial-killer tick when they saw that film and felt a tingle of pleasure and it made the smile.

it is disgusting and sick.

Simple. The Iraqi government said before the hanging that there would be no photos allowed under any circumstances. This person (or persons) broke the law so they will be prosecuted and probably fined. Prison? I doubt it.

Because we're twisted that way?

Seriously, it's called appeasement. I'm sure the folks who personally suffered under his rule were elated, probably just a little bit disturbing to imagine. But heck, they're just victims, who cares? The REAL people the world needs to pay attention to are the poor, suffering folks who idolized him.

See?

Twisted....now get in line and think the way the PC crowd wants you to think. Victims have no rights and no entitlement.
