Yes and they will arrest you on the spot. You can renew or change address online now. If you're not sure of your leagl standings I'd go to the website and renew or change my info there first. Trust me, if you don't you better take some money for bail or have a friend waiting for your phone call. I hope they're a good one because it's gonna cost 10 bucks for the call.

I don't think so.
They check to see if you have like an id in another state.
I don't think they check to see if you have a warrant but if you do I suggest that you don't get your id right now!
