Does anyone know where I can order music to send to an inmate? I have a friend who in is prison for a while and he wanted some tapes. He says they have to be clear cassette tapes with now screws, and that the place has to mail them to his address; I can't get them and mail them to him. Any help would be appreciated.

i recieved a speeding ticket 95 on a 65, no drivers liscence, and no insurance. the clerk told me that i needed to go see the judge this afternoon for that ticket because they dont take payment plans, the ticket is $812. do you think i will get a payment plan for this?

I just recieved a parking ticket for crosswalk obstruction.. my situation is that, the parking spot is between the crosswalk and a hydrant, the car is parked maybe about a foot over and into the crosswalk.. and my back is 2 inches into the yellow painting.. now the road was repaved just a little back and they moved the white crosswalk line BACK making the crosswalk wider and thus making the spot smaller..

some more details.. my car is a '04 Toyota Matrix.. and is shorter than most sedans out there.. measuring only 171.30 in length.. compared to 189.20 for the '05 Camery..

would i be able to go to court, fight it, and be dismissed?.. or do i have to cough up the $105 to pay it off..

One day , I get a police caution. I am just inquring whether it is a criminal record or not? how long does it take so that It can be deleted from the police record and so I wil have a new clean sheet for my record? And will it impact on my job or career, applying permanent resident visa?

Last night I got arrested for DUI. The cop was impounding my car and he left the door tohis car unlocked and I got out and left. I was not that drunk and its not like I ran someone over. I am still wearing his handcuffs and I cannot figure out how to get them off. I managed to get them to the front so I can type and use the toilet, but I want to get rid of them before my parents wake up. Any Ideas?

my situation started when i had my car parked in front of my friend's house waiting (im 18 and this happened in so. cali). A neighbor called tha cops on me because i looked suspicious, and this took place around 1am on a sat. i had 2 other friends in my car when 2 cop cars came around the corner and did the usual "step out of the car" procedure and found some weed in my pocket. At the end of the night i was charged with a misdemeanor of "possession of marijuana" (less than 1 oz) and i have to go to court soon. But i was on probation from "deferred entry of judgement" of burgulary while this was happening, i didnt tell the officer that though.
((How is this looking for me?))

((would they know that im on probation when i go to court?, because i heard nothing had touched my record yet))

((and if it does violate my probation what would happen to me?))
((and if it doesnt violate my probation what would happen to me?))

all answers are greatly appreciated, and i kno i screwed

Have y'all seen this? There will be an exit off the highway with a yellow sign that says "exit 30 mph." Well, if the speed limit on the highway is 60 mph and the speed limit on the service road is 50 mph, then wouldn't it create a dangerous situation to slow down to 30 to exit? Don't you friggin hate it when people hit their brakes on the highway before they even get to the exit? It backs up traffic and impedes the traffic flow. Does anybody know the reason why they put these signs up at exits???

Can a male cop search a female, like a pat down? Can I get out of my car to get air if the cop is taking too long? Do I have to turn my radio off? Do I have to take my sunglasses off? Can I tell the cop what I think of him? Also under what circumstances can I defend myself physically against a cop? How long can I drive before pulling over after a cop turns on his lights?

I just bought a house and found out that a lot of neighborhood kids come on the property. I'm ok with that, but my husband thinks if someone gets hurt, that we'll be liable for their injuries. Does anyone know how that would work? Would we be responsible if they came on to the property without our consent?
