I guess they consider the percentage of crime committed to see who is committing the most crime. Police departments all over the united states send in crime statistics to the FBI and they come out with a report of who is doing what type of crime, and what crimes are being done.

Statistically the number of crimes committed by men are higher then women.
However, this may be because until recent women were believed to be inferior and the only way they could commit a crime is if their husband put them up to it. There is actually laws on the books that state: If a woman is caught committing a crime, and her husband is in the vicinity (some he doesn't have to be there), then he must be the forcing her to commit the act.
We have always been treated like property by men, and it has bit them in the @ss.

Because men do commit a disproportionate number of crimes. I couldn't tell you why it's true, but it is. It's simply a fact. Criminal demographics do not break down along the same lines as population demographics.

I would say that 90% of the people I arrest are male. Why is that?
Good question. Are there more male criminals,or are the female ones better at it?

Because women make men to do criminal activity and if they succeed share 50/50 and if they are caught criminal (men) go to jail :(
