Get offline and head to the bank. You are going to need a loan !!
Make sure you get your loan for enough to pay for some insurance. The Driver's License ?? Well that is going to be revoked !! You will probably have to go thr a Drivers Improvement Safety Course and then when you get your license reinstated yuor insurance rates are going to go thru the roof.
Also you might want to make sure you get the loan big enough to pay for an alarm clock. This way you can wake up early enough that you dont need to be speeding 95 in a 65 .
Good Luck !!!

First off what the h*ll were you thinking driving without a license and insurance? You could have gone to jail if god forbid you had an accident. You have to use better judgement than this because this is serious an $812 is nothing compared to having to do jail time for this. You got off pretty easily with this one because it could have ended up as jail time. It's up to the judge to decide if you get a payment plan because most of the time they don't accept them since people will not pay on time or pay at all. I hope this is a lesson for you to use common sense when you drive meaning you have a license and proper insurance.

It depends on what city/county/state you're in. It's likely- just llike any other bill collector, the court would rather get some money every now and then as opposed to none at all. If you didn't alreay plead guilty, go get insurance and a license ASAP and the judge will likely cut you a huge break... Of course if that's not an option, be nice to the judge and plead for his mercy - s/he's human, after all.

If I had charged you for your offenses, I would have added reckless driving...and put you in jail. I would have impounded your car too! Our court does not take payment plans either. Most courts don't. In our court if you can't pay the fine at the time of your conviction, then the judge adds probation. In your case you would have received at least a years probation which adds to your fine by paying a monthly fee to the probation department. Also, you would not be able to leave the state without going through lots of red tape.

Oh boy, I hope you don't go to jail. I have no idea. If this is the first offense, maybe you'll get something reduced. You don't say what State you are in. You better get someone to loan you the money or a credit card because I think they will try to teach you a lesson. I hope you are cute. Be as charming as possible, and don't even give a hint of attitude otherwise the judge is going to kick your arsh.

I think if I were the judge you'd get 30 days on a chain gang + the fine. Yea I'd make it on a payment plan after the jail time.

law enforcement officers off accountability get rushing tickets for all time, some officers will provide a off accountability cop some allowance, yet whilst it is over, even carrying a badge won't assist you. And to a pair officers, once you're a officer, they beleive you be attentive to extra valuable, additionally in many circumstances there are subject concerns between city and county officers, and that they seek for a raffle to place in writing up one in all the different officers. Very seldom could a officer on accountability get a value ticket, despite the fact that it may desire to ensue, I even have seen a on accountability officer have a harm in his patrol card and get a value ticket for something. ** and that i've got seen them fastened by making use of the police cheif calling the different departmetn additionally.

NO, I think you have more problems then a payment plan.. Your going to see the judge for your serious violations, not to ask about a payment plan. You will be lucky if you don't go to jail for a month or so.

it depend on if you have a job and some money to start a payment . if not then you can only hope the judge will work thing out with you . i think traffic court will always take some type of money instead of putting someone in jail where it will cost more money to house them .

Most places do not offer payment plans. If they tell you they don't then they don't. If you do go in, sometimes you can get things reduced- they might combine charges so that the overall fee will be lower. That's probably the most you can hope for, and given the charges, you'd be lucky to get that.
