Yes, you are responsible for any injuries that may occure on your property, even if you have not consented to the guest. You may want to consider a fence, thats what we had to do, as the neighborhood kids and pets all seemed to think our yard was the place to be.

Yes you could be liable if something were to happen, post a no trespassing sign and a not responsible for injuries/damages sign to CYA. Good luck.

Yes. If anybody gets hurt on your property (even if they are trespassing!) you will be held liable for their injuries.

You need to talk to your insurance agent to find out what you can to do protect your property. It may just be a simple sign posted.

yes. make sure you don't have any trampolines that they can play with, ect...and a little known fact is if you have low levels of insurance (assets aside) you are LESS likely to be sued.

yes if they come on your property without permission they can sue,
If they tresspass on your property after being told not to come on, but do anyway, they can sue.
If you build a fence and they climb over it and get hurt they can sue.
There have been cases where a criminal has broken into someones home, and hurt thierself because there was no handrail on the basement stairs, they sued the home owner and won.
