He was present during a search warrant and the whole time he was in the restroom door way of my home while i was nude asking him for a robe he refused to give the robe and failed to have the female officer that was present at the time, come in and at least be there with us. i felt very violated and scared. this must of gone on for at least 3-5 minutes.

Couldn't they just have a spouse, friend, or kid blow into it for them? This looks like another waste of taxpayer dollars.

If we catch Bin Laden alive, I wonder what will happen when we put him alone in a dark room with nothing but a television.

As for the mental sample of "what the outside world is like", playing MTV repeatidly many hours to him, and observing his reaction in the end.

What do you think he would say?

We are paying over thirty thousand pound a year for a prisoner to be kept. When we release them there are more costs and they are likely to reoffend. I don't want prisoners released to reoffend and i don't want to pay for their upkeep anyone got a solution?

Further if they are a rapist, or mugger and they attacked your mum/wife/girlfriend/sister/child would that make a difference?

I've been all over Canada and the U.S. and police officers are often big and fat. It's an exception to see a trim, smart-looking cop. Why is that? Do we think that the bigger, the stronger, the better protected we'll be? There are a lot of peaceful countries that have more stream-lined cops.

Okay, so last night I'm driving along... I see this county police car come speeding up from behind going at least 65+ MPH in a 45 MPH zone, he cuts over into the left lane about 10 ft. from my rear bumper, cuts back into the right lane about 20 ft. in front of me, then slams on his brakes and makes a right hand turn (all with ZERO turn signals). THEN... he goes down that road to the right maybe... 500 yards, pulls a U-turn in the middle of the road, comes back up the road and turns right (again no signals of any kind). So now he's behind me again in the right lane and of course he gets over into the left lane again (with no signal) and then must have just floored it because he got up to like 70+ MPH easy. And so as he's speeding off, I flash my bright lights at him for about 2 seconds and then he flips on his red and blue lights for about 2 seconds and then back off, which seemed to me almost to say "I can do whatever I want". Don't the police have to obey normal traffic laws?

Okay, so I deliver the local newspaper 3 nights a week. I say "nights" because its usually 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM in the morning and dark out when I work. An unfortunate side effect to this is that I often get pulled over by the local law enforcement basically because I am the only car on the road and they have nothing else to do. I have never commited any traffic violations while delivering the newspapers, but it is almost guaranteed that if I see a police car, I'm getting pulled over for some BS reason. Once they see that I am delivering newspapers, they say "okay, have a nice night", but my point is how can they just pull me over repeatedly when I'm not doing anything wrong?

intigrate back into society, you know the ones that have violated paroll 5 times or more, I think it is because they have ben effectivly institutionalized. If someone does not help these people they will live off us for the rest of their natural lives, Not because they want to but because they have no idea what is expected of them out here, they are familuar with what is expected of them inside so they reoffend to go back where they are comfortable,. I don't think alot of employers even know about the great tax cuts they can use for hiring excons. I am trying to get sonme grants to set this up and get it going any body got any input that will help I sure could use the help.

While on duty, I have suffered:
1. Physical pain as I had to take large doses of drugs criminals put in victim's foods and drinks. Why? To understand victim's state of health and condition & to talk on her/ his behalf.
2. Emotionally pain as I had to understand criminals mind while they watch pornography show & I had been injected with emotional drugs that caused me fall in love & sexually stimulated. Victim - a woman doesn't want me & I do not want to let her go. What should I do? I am really broken hearted. Which government department that can help me to recover from this emotional & mental problem as my commander put me to sleep while I was doing dummy test to understand criminal state of mind.

I must be thankful to get help from polices who work as undercovers. How did they help me? They tortured me to please criminals for 12 yrs. Today, it is very difficult to differentiate between who did what (is it undercover or criminal's instruction to torture me with drugs?). In this case, how can I demand for compensation if:
1. Undercover continuously disallowed me to appoint attorney on my own behalf when their actions are doubtfull, not clear cut & contradicting.
2. Undercover boastfully claimed that without their help, I would have been dead. When the obvious scenarious show that without their help I can live 40 yrs longer after actual crime took place instead of today, become 20 yrs shorter because I was forced to take drugs which were constantly placed under my drinks & foods. Everytime I protested against drugs being injected into my body, they called me "Crazy" to shut me up. Of course this please the criminals. Who will pay for damages done to my body & life?

If a person is wrongly accused of a crime and goes to trial but is acquitted (found not guilty) or the charges thrown out (dismissed), can the formerly accused defendant then sue the law enforcement agency who arrested him/her and/or the county or DA of the county which brought the charge(s)?

If so, how much can they sue for if the charge damaged their reputation, future employment/happiness or livelihood?

Let's say that a man is charged with rape, but he never raped anyone, is acquitted but the mere fact he was charged and on television ruins his career and possibly even his future employment. Can he sue for lost wages and/or future lost wages?

I see so many women filing false charges against me lately that I have come to the not-so-nice conclusion that not only are many of the women doing it as a smear campaign, but the overzealous DAs and LEOs are also seemingly in on the act, too. Sad, but possibly true.
