What is England that is a old name for a small powerful island off the coast of France once so mighty conquered half the world one day the then prime minister a tony Blair i believe was his name was so soft and let the enemy in to conqueror the great country just like the wooden horse of troy fooled by the enemy made rules to accommodate them took away the fight in his people when war was presented the people didn't know how to fight and was over thrown by outsides who raped the resources ruined the economy until it was dead and is now a haven for the worlds unsavoury people full of theft rape looting drugs a area to be out of bound es for decent people

Yes, but in the wrong way. It's all well and good ADVISING people on how to keep healthy but unless there's a real overhaul instead of just telling people not to smoke then nothing will improve.
Out of curiosity, what has this to do with law enforcement....?

Yes it does appear to be going that way, however they should stop nannying the muggers and crooks. bring back smoking then they can legalise grass.

I tend to think that the USA still wins that. Waiting until 21 for adult rights, more restrictions on alcohol, the government checking your web search history, lots of curtailment of civil rights on the excuse of 'War on Terrorism'.
