Where I live, there are huge fines to be paid and large re-instatement fees to the DMV. You will need to find out what the rules are for your specific location and for your particular situation. If you are caught driving without a license, this usually delays the reinstatement time, so make sure you don't drive while your license is not valid. It could easily cost well over a thousand dollars in fines and fees to get a valid license, but of course your own city/state will have their own fee schedule.

You definitely don't deserve to have your license back. It only takes one time to destroy a life. How could you even ask this question?! I am just going to assume that you have learned your lesson and are never ever going to drive drunk again, right? Otherwise someone is out there right now living their life (obviously this could possibly be you too) and then run into you on the road and that will be the end.

If you can afford a night of boozing, you can afford cab fare to get home.
Insurance is going to be insanely priced, and that is only if you can find someone who will cover you. That may be a requirement in addition to attending a "drunk tank" type class, AA, and whatever other conditions the judge sets forth for you.
In many places 3 DUIs are cause for long term revocation and mandatory jail time.

It depends on your state laws. First and foremost, I think you need to seek help for your drinking problem. A person who DOESN'T have a drinking problem DOESN'T get 3 DUIs. Heck, not even one DUI. Drinking is the bigger problem here and not your license. When you've sought help and you think your strong enough, then you can see what you would need to do to get your license back. I wish you luck and take care.
The person who said he doesn't deserve to drive, shame on you. There are people who DON'T drink that don't deserve their license. I could name them but it would take me forever. Driving is a privilege not a right.

I'm not going to sit here and preach a sermon to you like the other self righteous posters on here.
It depends on what state you reside. If a judge has ordered your license revoked, your best bet is to prove to the judge that you won't get another one. If you do, it will be on the Judge's hands and he doesn't want that. This is why you need to convince him that you will not drive drunk again.
Good luck

After 3 DUI's you don't need your liscense back, as you obviously do not know how to use common sense at all. Worry about getting your life back on track by quitting this before you kill someone. Then your worry won't be about your liscense, but on keeping your butt outta the gas chamber. Go to rehab.

If you want to go out and drink, you need to call a cab. I suggest putting the cab company on speed dial so it's easy. You could've killed innocent people. Act mature not macho.

Yeah good luck with that because I think you might be S.O.L. After the second one it becomes a felony, just buy a buss pass.

You shouldn't be driving any more. But since you are an alcoholic, you will any way - license or not. I hope I can stay out of your way.
