You may be able to find it in your local law library. If not ask a lawyer, and he can direct you to a source.

You can search all decisions of the US Supreme Court at: http://supreme.justia.com/

You can find recent UK decisions at http://www.bailii.org/
Australian ones at: http://www.austlii.edu.au/databases.html
Canadian ones at: http://scc.lexum.umontreal.ca/en/index.html

French ones at: http://www.legifrance.fr

Many countries are putting their laws and major court decisions online. Their databases aren't usually so sophisticated as http://www.lexisnexis.com and http://www.westlaw.com which you have to pay for unless you're a law student (or in the case of Lexis Academic Universe http://support.lexisnexis.com/academic/default.asp logging on from a subscribing university's computer.

Major law school libraries will have bound version of all US and most major foreign case decisions. Decisions on international and conflict of laws matters are often translated in the International Law Reports series. But it can be tricky to find foreign cases and such law libraries will have a specialist foreign and international law librarian to help you.
